If you are like most people, you are here because something in your life is just not working as well as you would like, whether it is a relationship, troubling behaviours and emotions, or life circumstances that are stretching your ability to cope. You may feel like you’re facing a mountain of challenges and wondering how to move beyond them. You’re not alone! We’ve all struggled at times and needed to reach out for help. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 10 years experience in the field. Please take some time to get to know me and what I can offer. Trauma

Trauma leaves its mark emotionally, mentally, and physiologically, often in devastating ways. One of the bravest decisions you can make is to look at how the past has shaped your present and, if unmanaged, your future. Whether it was a discrete incident like a car accident, or a lifetime of painful experiences, I gently and compassionately work to reduce all three types of impact so that you are free to confidently move forward into the life you want to live.

Mental Health Diagnoses

Mental health symptoms happen when our life stress is too great for the brain chemistry that our genetics gave us. With over 10 years experience treating significant mental health disorders, I can help you understand your symptoms and how to manage them, build life habits that make them less likely to return, and find ways to lower your life stress so that you are free to live your best life.

Relationships can be hard! I can help you recognize your patterns in relationship and learn skills like effective communication, conflict resolution, boundary-setting, and healthy intimacy, so you are able to further create the life-giving relationships you want.
